This is a by-product just emerged when I was exploring with particles. I didn’t intend this sort of jerky movement a bit like a clay animation, but I found it’s interesting in a way.

Boids stands for bird-oid-s but I sometimes feel like calling them poids or pisci-oid-s. The crooking black cones do look like some scary marine creatures swimming in flock.

Silky light

Strings of light swirl around leaving ephemeral traces. Verlet integration is a handy way to create this kind of elastic objects.
